Furthermore quality and efficiency underlines our success. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are known as a quality brand name doughnuts. The Krispy Kreme vision is satisfying customers with quality tastes to create positive outlook; a positive and memorable experience is crucial to accumulate returning customers. Hence the importance of quality in a Krispy Kreme doughnut and efficiency in our customer service: quick, clean, and comforting. Finally the success in our management plan depends on our ability to promote ourselves. The target market of our Krispy Kreme business venture is Pacific Lutheran University college students. Knowing our target market we devised projects to promote our business venture. Through social media, public advertisement, and word of mouth we’ve communicated our mission to the Pacific Lutheran University community, inviting all to come and endure in our business venture. Our mission in the Pacific Lutheran University community is accommodating to the university demand on Krispy Kreme doughnuts by supplying individuals quality product to reach our profit, subsequently donating all the proceeds to charity. Staffing Plan: The roles and responsibilities of the team are divided evenly to work together well as a group. We divided the roles based upon personal strengths and weaknesses to benefit the team. The day of the event, Austen and Chris will pick up the doughnuts and work the first shift from 8am-10am. Valery is going to work an in between shift from 9am-11am. Daniel and Christy are

going to work the closing shift from 10am-12pm. As a group we agreed to try to utilize our pre- order sales to our advantage. Austen is working towards getting commitments from people around campus to pre-order a dozen doughnuts prior to the set timeframe of our business venture. Christy worked on putting together flyers to advertise and work in the marketing part of our venture. Daniel is an artist and is using his strengths to make posters for our booth. Valery utilized her strength as a writer to combine everyone’s individual contributions to the paper and write the group section as well. A majority of the work overlapped and we worked together to help each other out to best benefit the group as a whole. The main part for our team’s success is meeting our goals and making a profit. Working well together as a group will constitute our team success. As a team we need to have strong communication with each other. Having a positive attitude and a friendly customer service environment will contribute to our team’s success and reaching our overall goal. Commitment to the team is important as well. As a team we have established a $50 profit goal. With our given budget of $100 to start we believe as a team and with our combined resources that our profit goal of obtaining at 50 percent profit margin is very well obtainable.
