Meeting in person helps to build a good interpersonal relationship among the employees. Live calls are cost efficient and avoids physical barriers of communication. The company G has been able to increase belonginess and humanism among its employees the meeting policy. The disadvanatges with this include technological failures, like during video calls that eill lead to loss. Althought with taken precautions the advanatges are greater than the disadvantages (Jones, 2016). Describe the characteristics of a Segmentor and an Integrator. Which type of employee are you? Segmentor and an integrator is the way most of us approch work according to new research on work-life balanced. For example, segmentor go to work, do their job duties and leave after a demanding day. When they reach their point of being done, they dimply turn their work-brain off and turn on their personal-brain. At the begining of the nect day they turn back their work-brain on until the end of shift. On the other hand, integrators will go home at night and do both personal and work things. For example, check work emails before going to bed and then again in the morning. I personally think I’m am integrators it is hard for me to turn my work-brain off even when my shift is done. Even when I’m home I still check emails and organize my work
