STRATEGIC RESPONSE TO THE ACA 4 The ACA has brought many reforms into the health sector. It was implemented to provide benefits and services to all individuals regardless of pre-existing conditions and/or discrimination. It is my recommendation that community health centers are provided and that mental health is expanded and screenings and counseling is provided to individuals in need.
