For more information, see “Process of Deploying a Workflow Process” on page 211 . While performing the deploy procedure, make sure you reload run-time events. Next, verify functionality of the workflow process. To verify functionality of the workflow process 1 In the Siebel client, navigate to the Service Requests screen, then the All Service Requests view. 2 Create a new service request. 3 Set a value for the Priority field, or leave it blank. 4 Save the record. When you step off the record, notice that the Siebel client delays slightly and an hourglass displays, which indicates that the workflow process is executing. 5 Choose the service request you just saved, then examine the Owner, Substatus and Date Committed fields. Verify that they are populated correctly. 6 Click the Activities tab.
