Restoration Phase Procedures This phase is concerned with the full restoration of normal business operations. In addition to the arrangements established under the previous phase, additional responsibilities of the Finance Team include: Assisting/ensuring full re-establishment of FMIS arrangements; and Re-establishing full financial area arrangements and resourcing requirements, includes key staff. Checklist Comments/Status 1. Continue to operate a cash float and review/monitor recovery expenditure (if necessary). 2. Prepare and monitor budgets of expenditures (includes major capital expenditure). 3. Provide financial reports to CMT. 4. Finalise reports on overall recovery costs. 5. 4. OH&S – HUMAN RESOURCES The officer responsible for human resources will be responsible for all issues related to OH&S/Human Resources. This includes accounting for all staff, establishing the whereabouts of any missing staff and ensuring the health and well being of staff is accommodated within CMT planning arrangements. Specific responsibilities include: Notifying insurers; Staff welfare considerations; Co-ordinating arrangements re leave for injured staff, etc; Referring affected staff to Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Notifying external providers; Providing advice to staff in relation to rights, responsibilities and conditions of service, especially redeployment, special allowances, leave issues and compensation entitlement; Recruiting temporary staff, where determined necessary; and Assisting in the re-establishment of staff levels and resources required to resume critical business functions.
