In the final scenario, Tommy is conflicted between Chuck and Mohammad. Tommy might be feeling conflicted, uncertain, and confused. I would propose Tommy to see if he can invite a friend which will be Mohammad. Also, he should see if Mohammad would mind if

5 Chuck can spend the night as well after they see the movie. However, if that does not work, I would suggest to Tommy to see if he can reschedule one of the events for a different night, so he does not disappoint anyone. I will tell Tommy, how it is okay to be confused on what he should do, and he should try for both events. When it comes to ethics, I think it is extremely important to make sure that the children, and their guardians understand or goals and objectives. The children and I will establish clear rules and regulations that we will use and try to incorporate into our study and planning activities. I want the children to know that they are in a safe environment and should be able to express their feelings and so should their guardians. I think it will be important to use our brain as our concept web and the many things that branch off from the brain are topics like: respect, friendliness, honesty, fairness, compassion, family, learning, and responsibility. Some of the sub- topics that goes with the topics are things such as: personal space, speak to one another, tell the truth (even if you think you might be in trouble), everyone should be treated equally, be loving, build relationships and support each other, ask questions when you do not understand something, and do what you suppose to. The concept web should be shown in the class always and it can add new things that meets the needs of the students. I want to protect the children and focus on their growth through education and physical activities. My goal is for me to not be bias against any of the children’s culture or beliefs. I am hoping as an educator that I show strengths in continuing to obtain knowledge and skills for my students. I will never allow emotions to affect me to ever do anything to put a child in harm or danger. I want the children to feel safe and the guardians to feel that the children are safe and protected.
