interactions, and two question survey we learned that the topic of drunk driving needs to be paid more
attention. Teens have lost lives, along with many adults due to the lack of information that is given on
drunk driving. We got the opportunity to listen to some experiences and reflect on the pain some people
feel when they lose loved ones because of this horrible act. Hoping that our peers and faculty members
of our school had a change of perspective and a sense of self awareness as they were further informed
about the topic.
While our project does pertain to mostly all six of the FCCLA purposes, we feel the following purpose is
the most relevant. The purpose to find opportunities in making decisions and for assuming
responsibilities. We incorporated an activity which allowed us to make decisions, balance our time and
fulfill our commitment to our FCCLA involvement. We used the resources provided to us to carry out and
meet our set goals for this particular project and build a group of awareness and further understanding
concerning a relevant issue. Although we know we probably won’t be able to solve all interpersonal
communication issues we have contributed a small step in order to hopefully do so in the nearby future.
Thank You.
