Na 2 S 2 O 3 溶液為滴定液,滴定由 KI 析出之 I 2 ,直至 I 2 與滴定液將達滴 定終點前 ( 溶液剛變黃色時 ) ,加入 2ml 澱粉試液並持續攪拌,滴定至藍 色消失止,紀錄總體積變化。 5. 重複上述標定步驟。 《測定漂白水中有效氯的含量》 1. 以刻度析量管精取漂白水 2.5 ml ,將溶液移至 100ml 定量瓶中。 2. (1) 取稀釋後之漂白水 25ml 300ml 錐形瓶中,並 (2) 加入約 2.0g KI (3) 20ml 6N 醋酸使之充分混合。 3. Na 2 S 2 O 3 溶液為滴定液,滴定由 KI 析出之 I 2 ,直至 I 2 與滴定液將達滴 定終點前 ( 溶液剛變黃色時 ) ,加入 2ml 澱粉試劑並持續攪拌,滴定至藍 色消失止,記錄總體積變化。 4. 重複上述步驟。 《測定未知物中 Cu 含量》 1. 用秤量瓶精確取未知銅化合物 0.15g ,讀至 0.1mg 單位。 2. 以約 30ml 去離子水溶解至 300ml 錐形瓶中,並加入約 2.0g KI 15ml
