individualized education plans (IEP). Teachers also have to collaborate with general education teachers for students who are participating in the general education classrooms. Stacey also has several paraeducators who assist in the classroom. Another would be the school BCBAs who are also involved in the classroom to assist the teachers and staff to better implement strategies to handle behavioral issues that come. They also provide data collection results during IEP meetings to support data based decision making for the plan. Although Stacey has an extensive background serving students with behavior issues in the classroom, she says she could not do what she does on her own. She shared that student success is only possible with agreat collaborative team.
