Months 3-6: Expansion into other international locations will take place. The Conscious capitalism mentality will be spread to possible locations for expansion include South America and Asia, (Particularly Argentina, Venezuela, and Brazil in South America and Japan and Korea in Asia). Capitalism mentality will not only be spread throughout its domestic stores but also at the new international locations. During this time a corporation-wide feedback report on company financial and spiritual conditions will be provided to allow Whole Foods to take a snap shot and plan for further expansion is the results are positive. During this time Whole Foods will begin to take on some of the values used in an adaptive type of culture. The first step will be to inform employees and managers of the changes to come. The second step will be to encourage employee and management risk-taking and increase responsive techniques. Setting a reward system to reward those who show creativity and autonomy will help motivate the organization toward cultural change. Months 6-9: Whole foods will evaluate how the cultural changes have helped Whole Foods prepare for uncontrollable situations such as the recession of 2008-2009. This can be done by simulating certain scenarios and going about differently to figure out what strategic decision makes for a better organizational solution. Months 9-18: During these months Whole Foods will continue pushing for international expansion and will help reaffirm the new corporate culture throughout the organization to make sure employees and other company stakeholder stay on track. As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
