Workflow User Event Service Business Service The Workflow User Event Service business service is used for one way communication from the Siebel client to the server component for the Workflow Process Manager in order to send notification that a user event occurred. A User event can be generated in the Siebel enterprise where a Siebel business service is used by calling the Workflow User Event Service business service. To start a long-running workflow to be run in Workflow Process Manager, you must send a notification. For more information, see “About the User Event” on page 161 . Table 105. Arguments of the Cancel Request Method of the Server Requests Business Service Argument Description Request ID Required. The ID of the server request to be cancelled. Repeat Number Optional. The number of repetitions of the repeating server requests that are to be cancelled.
