good enough, but the company managed to display the benefits of social business (K.
Laudon & J. Laudon, 2018, p. 75). Carlo’s Bake Shop became a success as the percentage
of errors decreased by 30% and the team was able to produce cakes faster and take on
custom tasks more efficiently (K. Laudon & J. Laudon, 2018, p. 75). Alongside this, the
managers had easy access to data files which allowed them to see sale improvements and
view how the store was functioning as a whole (K. Laudon & J. Laudon, 2018, p. 75).

Companies can have an efficient running business if the social networks are used
correctly. It can allow for the cutting of expenses and improve productivity as a whole.
Steps that can be taken before these tools are introduced to the company may be; having
test runs before to see how the community may react to the changes and also to see what
factors would affect the company. If implementing these tasks does not work out as
planned, it may involve internal problems within the system and be a waste of money and
time for the company.
