To turn an image into a ‘pin’, the user must go through three steps. Firstly, select the image to pin, and add the image to Pinterest. Next the user must enter an image URL to link the image back to the original source. Finally the Pinterest user can select a board where they wish to pin the image. Pinterest users can then describe the pin and share it on other linked social media networks. Pinterest users can choose to make specific boards private so no other Pinterest users can view the board.

Commenting can increase engagement with followers. By following people proactively, organisations can increase their audiences. . Connecting their Pinterest page to their social media sites via Facebook and Twitter can help organisations ensure their Pinterest Business Page is available on all platforms. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
