Therefore, keeping the curriculum responsive to changing demands is essential to any institutions strategy, particularly vocational and technical institutions. The development of vocational and technical education curriculum should therefore provide opportunities for reflection and revision so that the curriculum is updated and improved on regular basis in this era of rapid change
