Since the verbal agreements are nonbinding, the Deposit of $100.00 by Jim and Laura entitles them to recover the refundable monetary amount. Although, Stan Salesman remains persistence in making it seem the $100.00 was a form of deposit towards the car he has no claim to retain the funds and is a direct violation

There are various unknown facts relating to this case. It is clear no signing of documents took place at any time. It is, unimaginable to claim therewas an agreement and that there were elements of a contract present between Jim, Laura and Stan Salesman.
