The first thing you need to do is sit down and  create a list of what you want to do. Next you need to list resources that you will  need to help you reach your goal. After you have done that it is helpful if you  make a date to have things done by.  This will  help you stay on task and help you direct your  energy toward completing your vision.

Characteristics of a strategic  leader They have a great understanding of timing They are able to work collaboratively with  other people forming an alliance and sharing  innovative ideas. They focus more on the future rather than  being stuck on the present. They are able to manage their duties well

The Components of strategic  Leadership They are the Who?, What?, When?, and  How? We have already mentioned the what so the  next thing we need to discuss is the Who? For the best results to occur anyone within an  organization can be a strategic leader.  It is  advised that executives within an organization  share the same information with those in  lower position.  This will foster a collaborative  leadership environment and everyone will be  on the same page and acquire the proper  skills to develop their strategic compentence.
