looking for workers with degrees instead of the intern situations previous generations experienced. The last is one that does not particularly apply to me but is still prevalent in my generation, craving attention, needing frequent praise and reassurance. My expectations mostly align with what is expected from my generation in the work force.as previously mentioned I do not feel the need for constant praise in the workplace or in my personal life. When applied to returning to school several of these characteristics came into play, I chose an online school, not only because I am proficient with computers but also because it promoted a better work life balance for me. I look forward to the challenge each new class presents and am proud of what I have achieved so far. When applying these characteristics to my goal path they are also prevalent as it is a team-oriented environment that will also promote a better work life balance.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
