Review of work plans In Assessment Task 1, the student develops a work plan. Review of PDP In Assessment Task 2, the student develops a professional development plan including an action plan. Review of third-party feedback In Assessment Task 2, the student must gather feedback from two people who are able to assess aspects of the student’s professional competency. Review of journals In Assessment Task 1, the student reflects on the development of their work plan and explains process undertaken to produce it. This journal will contain an evaluation of work–life balance. In Assessment Task 2, the student reflects on the development of their PDP and explains process undertaken to produce it.
