“crazy state” due to the erratic behavior of Amin and the Entebbe incident characterized Uganda’s involvement of terrorism as “state inaction”. What is more unfortunate is that Amin was never charged and brought to justice for the crimes he has committed. The sick irony is Uganda paid the price for Amin’s reign with the additional terror from Obote and Kony. Uganda from the 20 th century on has been plagued with violence, and today Joseph Kony is the new Idi Amin that terrorizes people with his army of child soldiers that were abducted from their homes. The people of the world are busy making Kony famous, but we will always remember Amin for being infamous. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
