EAC f = BAC / CPI = 248/0.7047 = 352 or EAC f = AC + ETC f = AC + (BAC -EV)/(EV/AC) = 210 + (248-148)/(148/210) = 210 + 142 = 352. VAC re = BAC - EAC f = 248 - 352 = -104 Therefore forecast estimate at completion of the project shows that it will be $10400 over budget At the end of week 12 the project is (0.6/100%) 60% completed with $6200 over budget. If the project continues to get $0.71 worth of work for each dollar spent the project will be $10,400 over budget. Negative variance of cost and schedule suggests that they are over cost and behind schedule with this project which is certainly not desirable. 4
