principal says there is next to no technology accessible, I should take measures to form a group to write a grant proposal to try to get some funding that could be used for new technology to enhance student learning. If there is sufficient technology in the school, I should assess how it is being utilized. There is "utilizing" technology in the classroom that isn't exceptionally helpful; at that point, there is "coordinating" technology to truly improve the instructive experience. I would most likely need to assemble workshops to show teachers what appropriate utilization of technology is to amplify learning. Question 3: How many students are there in the school and how if that divided among the different grades? What is the average class size? a. Rationale: How many students are in a classroom at a time can affect learning for the better or it hurt it. Overcrowded classes are not conducive to learning. b. How the Principal’s Response Will Guide Me: If the classes are overcrowded, I can attempt to help the instructors with differentiating instruction so students were educated in littler gatherings at their level and could get more advantage out of their instructive experience.
