The factors that affect organizational commitment include the job satisfaction of the employees in the organization. With increased level of job satisfaction, there is significant increase in organizational commitment. If the employee is satisfied with his or her job, the current job is viewed as interesting, motivating and challenging this prompts them to put more effort in engaging in their work.
