Additional Measures There are a variety of disciplines within an organization which contribute to one’s experience. Therefore, it is essential that leaders consider all aspects of the organization and help improve the environment patients and employees are in. Also, ensuring employee satisfaction will enhance performance and help to achieve patient satisfaction. It is imperative that HSO’s provide appropriate training and education to every employee in order to improve their experience, as well as the patients’ satisfaction.
