5. Visual campaign is competitive: The visual merchandiser is very proficient to make the content look competitive with the other brands. 6. Strategic location: The location of Plaire is in a prime place and as a result it gets some strategic benefit to set up in the customer’s mind. 7. Fast challenging collection: The collection of Plaire is fast and challenging. Their designer is working day and night to design new clothes and even lines. Weakness 1. Supply Chain: Supply chain consists of all of the people, companies and processes involved in making, marketing, selling, storing and delivering the product or service. The supply chain starts with the materials that need to make the product or people to create the service. It includes the methods and equipment for making the product, the procedures for promoting and selling it, the storage capabilities and delivery function. In Plaire, the vendors keep on changing every now and then. A vendor can affect the business and the brand image of the company. As for example, Plaire launched a new kurta in the Eid festive collection, 2016 and the same kurta was available in the street as the vendor they chose made the product available to other public. They have in house production which product 60% of their products and the rest is by outside vendor. 3. Lack of Branding, weak promotion: Branding is poor and promotion is very unstructured and unplanned. 4. Social Engagement weak: Plaire have a weak social engagement. Employees not loyal: The long-haul accomplishment of any organization depends vigorously upon the nature of its specialists and laborer reliability. Couple of corporate administrators would differ with this thought theoretically. Two brand managers quit their job in the past 1 year in Plaire with a sum of 5 employees leaving. This clearly shows the employee not being loyal to the company. The HR has to give attention to this fact. 12

6. Lack of Marketing: Plaire did not invest big amount on marketing yet. This strategy is not giving Plaire any edge for which the company is suffering now. 7. Poor Brand Image: Overall the company is suffering from poor branding. External forces influence and affect every company, organization and individual. Whether or not these factors are connected directly or indirectly to an opportunity or threat, it is important to take note of and document each one. Opportunities 1. Demand of high fashion at affordable price Fig 5: It shows the demand of high fashion in terms of market share of popular clothing brands.
