The infrastructure at the farm is fully automated: planned and designed as per the International Dairy Standards (IDS) to cater for more than 1000 cows with least labor intervention. This helps in ensuring the scientific in-farm environment for the cows and highly advanced set up for the milking process including stringent management and quality processes at each step. Cow's health is at the pinnacle of their work; hence their health and wellbeing are automatically monitored by every second. They monitor high activity and low activity in cows through automatic sensors. High activity is an indication of a heat and low activity indicates cows that are ill or should be looked at because their activity is below their average data.

Page 14 of 49 The technique they use for milking is Herringbone and parallel parlors; in herringbone and parallel parlors, the milker generally milks one row at a time. The milker will move a row of cows from the holding yard into the milking parlor, and milk each cow in that row. Once all of the milking machines have been removed from the milked row, the milker releases the cows to their feed. A new group of cows is then loaded into the now vacant side and the process repeats until all cows are milked. Depending on the size of the milking parlor, which normally is the bottleneck, these rows of cows can range from four to sixty at a time. The herringbone milking system is one of the most labor effective batch milking parlors available today. It offers high throughput and efficient labour usage by promoting calm, harmonious cow traffic. Milkers can work without stress and spend minimal time assisting the cows in this fully integrated parlor. The system actually supports shorter milking sessions. This means cows can spend more time eating, drinking and resting to achieve higher milk production. Different levels of control are available. You can automate the entire operation or select parts of it for this purpose. There’s also a wide range of options for customizing the system according to your specific needs.

Page 15 of 49 About the Products 1. Pasteurized and homogenized milk: Whole homogenized milk is identical in fat and nutrient content to whole standardized milk however it has undergone a specific process known as "homogenization" which breaks up the fat globules in the milk. This spreads the fat evenly throughout the milk and prevents a creamy layer forming at the top.
