turned out differently had she known those concepts? Why or why not? I do think Lynch lacked this direction of business management. She did not have much experience at those things, but one thing was for sure, she knew what she wanted and knew how to work hard. I think that maybe her business could be in a different place if she would have known but she has created something that she loves and works for her so It does not matter. 4. Did Lynch make the right decision in hiring a COO? I think that she had a great idea by hiring someone to be her “COO” The “COO” was able to manage the important business matters big and small so she could put her time and attention to her restaurant and makings sure that things were running smoothly. 5. What do you think about the work schedule? Is it typical of entrepreneurs? I think that it is typical for those entrepreneurs that truly love and care about their business. It requires a lot of days and hard work to run a successful thriving business. 5. The case mentions how competitive the restaurant industry can be. What can Lynch do to stay competitive? Lynch always made sure to look outward to see what competition might threaten her. She did a lot to expand her business. She was great at doing promotions that brought business. The deals/promotions helped bring in and retain business from customers.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
