An individual’s level of education will determine how he informed he or she is. Individuals who are adequately informed about specific subjects in an organization have the best chances of making most informed ethical decisions in the organization (Bowie, 2017). Morals entail the rules people develop due to their cultural values and norms. They include what the employees learn from their culture, childhood, religion or education. Morals are described as either good or bad and they determine the success of any organization. Opportunity refers to conditions that offer reward or reduce barriers. A typical real word example is when an individual takes advantage of an opportunity, engages in unethical behavior
