Denny’s aim high to gain its customers loyalty by letting the customer tailor the Grand Slam breakfast to include items the customer would prefer to have rather than Denny’s choosing what items should be included in their Grand Slam breakfast. Bob Evans website includes a list of all of its many locations that can be easily located via their website. Customers are encouraged to visit our farms where they have many beautiful sights for its visitors to explore. Bob Evans Farms are open all year round. In comparisons, Denny’s website I was able to view the meals, place an order for pick up, or make reservation via its website. There were many locations to choose from, and I was able to find a location that nearest me by accessing the Denny’s location finder and imputing my address. My in-depth look on both Bob Evans and Denny’s website, it is apparent that both recognized what their customers want and they respond by providing quality service to its customers by utilizing the customer lifecycle management stages thereby maintain a healthy stream of customers who will be loyal to their products and services and also generate more customers in the process of maintain a excellent customer relationship with its customers.
