‘Hard’ models of HRM : Constant changes in the number of the employees should shorten the working time. They will only pay employees according to the salary that they give during recruitment. 5.1 Critical Issues Related to Workforce Planning. Any type of workforce planning (WFP) requires that the organization consider the social branch decision-making within the recruitment and determination. Therefore, it is essential to consider the statistic, labour market trends, and the availability of skilled worker. In a WFP strategy, the government regulations should be changed in accordance with the policies of the companies more closely to Vietnam and organizations need to evaluate this change. 5.2 Types of Labor Market, Labor Market Trends Labour and business presently and within the future is still pressing issues, sensitive to every country in the world. Especially for developing countries like Vietnam, this can be a matter of much interest it has a direct impact to every level, every industry, every organization, every household of positive and each employee in the country.
