visiting and he requested to be moved from that hospital. His agent then proceeded to have him transferred to Metropolitan Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He was transported via ambulance (Bloomington AAA) and signed a release form in the ambulance. Once he arrived, he was given a private room and was not restrained to the bed. After a few days, the doctor examined him and noted that his jaws were “moving” and that the wires were loosened and the left side of his face was “higher”. Another doctor tried to “re-set” the bones in his face which caused more pain. They tried on another occasion and it did not work. Since being released from the hospital, he has been placed on anti-depressants because he tried to commit suicide when he was initially released from the hospital.
