The United States born citizens' accounts for 90.76% of the people, 3.09% of citizens are not born in the US, while 6.15% are non-citizens (Baum- Snow & Hartley, 2015).. Religion Downtown Tulsa is a section of Tulsa city which is a geographical region composed of evangelical and conservative Christianity familiar to many as the "Bible Belt". Like other parts of Tulsa region, the community in Downtown Tulsa is characterized by approximately 69% protestants,18% pagans,8% catholic,2% other faith and 1% Mormon. Culture Like other parts of Oklahoma, Downtown Tulsa hosts a high rate of Native American, Scotch Irish, German and English ancestry with more than 25 different spoken languages. Therefore, the community has high linguistic diversity and many American tribes. The population of Downtown Tulsa is associated with southern hospitality traits ( Baum-Snow & Hartley, 2015). Daily Priorities, Lifestyle and Concerns Mental health problems are one of the day-to-day concerns of Tulsa, where dedicated and influential groups are partnering with government health care systems to offer treatment to the illness victims and provide preventive measures. They are putting more effort into trying to provide more innovate and affordable education to the youths and children. 9. Strategies used to reach, involve, educate, and adapt services to the needs of the target population To educate, involve as well as adapt services to the target population needs, the Tulsa Urban League uses the following strategies; Housing Strategies a) Awareness and education program to provide financing and housing literacy. b) Raise home buyer readiness by providing financial literacy and down payment support.
