However, after the product maturity, the capabilities of the employees should be upgraded or taken out of the system because the talent was not fitting to the need now. However, after the non-profit organization has used a contraction strategy, the organization now will have to go to the expansion strategy due to introducing a new service, in which is difficult or time sensitive to implement now.
