Conclusion After investigating the distinction between contractual law and tort law, they are of course both different as contract law looks at the situations 2 parties can be in and for methods to solve the situation without the contract being lost. While tort law looks at what It can do for the whole world, in terms of rein busting those who have lost out. But they are in a way very much alike as they are both there to right and wrong, disagreements between people. Most tort violations also have a breach of some type of contract in therefore burling the distinction between the two. Contract law and tort law work in hand and fulfil the purpose in which they were created.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
