It is the co llab orat ive w ork ing body compr ising key program staff and stakeholders whose purpose is to develop a product support solution. The Product Support Manager ( PSM ) is responsible to the Program Manager ( PM ) for the management and overs ight of lif e cycle product support for the materiel sy stem and soft ware, and the PSM must estab lish and lead the PSM !PT to ensure its co ll ect ive input , ex pertise , and support are leveraged to address the multitude of required supportability tasks.
