Educational institutes are another main component of organization’s mission in order to  help break the vicious cycle of poverty. The Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Order is most notable for  its educational programs. This organization provides four Buddhist colleges, three regular  colleges, and various community colleges with tuition being free of charge. The Tzu Chi  Foundation also applies this into their organization by building schools and vocational training  institutes for the residents of a community. The Dharma Drum Mountain organization’s mission  is to promote comprehensive education. By promoting extensive academic education they are
