Communication between the patient and health care official should not be leaked outside the patient’s interest. This come with provision of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The group working on health ethic for proper guideline for global health care ethic, encourages the effort to develop and also assessing potential benefits of global health care program to curb ethical challenge by setting guidelines to govern the health practices (Crump et al, 2010). Poor health may jeopardize patient’s ability to make health care decision and practice their legal rights. And therefore to safeguard this, the court endorses laws to allow patient to manage their own medical affairs.
