1. Which of the 3 generation is being PRIMARILY targeted? How did you reach this conclusion? Google primarily targets Millennials because innovation and creativity are their number one priorities. Google would not be where it is at without young, creative minds to figure out new ways of doing things. The company even offers high pay and excellent benefits and the percentage of employees with high job satisfaction is at an astounding 82%. Not to mention, 41% of Google’s employees are Generation Y (Payscale) 2. What Social Media is used in this website: [Be specific] Google offers a plethora of social media. For one, their app store includes numerous options for games, tools, and apps educational purposes. They have their own digital bookstore where anyone can purchase books or online articles. Lastly, being connected to YouTube, their video entertainment selection is quite high (Payscale). 3. marketing is always effective. Erik Sherman of CBS News says, “Google could not even sell 200,000 of their own Nexus One phones,” which was highly marketed and advertised for (Sherman). It goes to show that no matter how big you are in the industry, there is always room for improvement.
