within home life and work. As women get older families begin to form and many of the burdens fall on women. It is a known fact that many women who start families while pursuing a career are often overloaded with household chores, childcare and rearing, as well as work from their place of employment. They take on the responsibilities on them selves while men continue to focus solely of work. A great way to get around this is division of labor. When you are in a relationship your significant other and you MUST find a balance on who does what around the house, and with childcare. Goals and Achievement Slow and steady wins the race. Women often get caught up on focusing all their efforts on where they want to end up rather than focusing on the steps that it takes to get there. plan and determine what exact steps your goals require in order to achieve and succeed. This does not entirely advocate taking your time with the steps you have created you must develop a timeline. This timeline will serve as a guide to whether or not you have been taking the correct proactive approach for lateral success.
