- I have to know all about the stroke seizure and the difference between cardiac arrest and heart attack , I have to know when to use the cpr and the rescue breathing on the victim if he took a knock out while boxing . - Boxers and kick boxers are easy to be injured so I have to know how to control bleeding , if it is coming from vein , artery or capillary , external or internal there are steps to stop the bleeding which is direct pressure and if it continues I have to elevate the wound above the level of the heart and there is pressure to the pressure point at the end - The most common injury in the boxers and kick boxers is the hose injury - In the past they used to learn back ward with the neck to stop bleeding but now adays they have to sit down , pinch the nostrils shut , and lean forward to prevent blood from running into the throat - Boxers and kick boxers also used to dislocate their shoulders and elbows while punching so I have to rescue them fractures or sprains can occur while kicking so the personal trainer has to know the rice ( rest , ice , compression , elevation ) also in weight training the personal trainer must know how to deal with a diabetic client I has to know the difference between insulin reaction or a diabetic coma ( signs and symptoms ) low and high blood pressure can occur while doing the workout so in case it

happened in the gym I has to help him another useful thing in this course that I saw a small girl sinking in the swimming pool and I helped her using the information I learned in this course - Also I saw an accident in the street and when the people saw my certified they trusted me to rescue the injured people at the end I has to say that all my clients trustes me more after I took this course
