This just shows that the state collects money from new yorkers, claim that they are going to make improvements, but end up leaving us with the same old problems that we have been dealing with as well asmoney loss. Now that the cab company has competition with companies like Uber and Lyft taking over they will be losing more and more money causing them to go out of business. The state shouldn’t be allowed to do this. It is a good thing that they filed a lawsuit against the state because now they have a chance of getting back some money.In the other article, “Op-Ed:Another Reason to Support Congestion Pricing? Cleaner Air”this lady who lives in new york supports congestion pricing because she says it will improve the pollution that’s in the air and make the air fresh for children to breathe in. streets as she says. People need their own mean of transportation, not everybody takespublic transportation. All in all i truly believe that this ‘Congestion Pricing’ is a complete waste, the city takes money from people all the time for many different things. This is just another way for them to take your money and lie and say they will improve things. They won’t !
