The above policy implementation disrupts the executive management functioning and changes the analysis of the budget that had created before the financial year. Many organizations implemented matrix arrangement in the belief that they could retain both the economies of scale of centralized functionality and the flexibility of the production and business functioning units. The decisions made by the organization management to prevent this type of third party vendor breaches will affect the results of the organization. The change or fix can be approved if the user doesn’t indulge any obstacles in using the application or involving in the process. The management team approves the original plan and reviews the impact of all major changes prior to approving those

19 changes. Another challenge for the organization to approve the change and look for trained professional who can use the application and guide the teams. Lot of time required in coordinating with interdependent teams as everyone in the organization was new to use the new application which was a part of change. Without planning, change in organization is likely to fail or create problems rather than positive results. The decision of change should come from the top-level management of the organization after analyzing all the outcomes and the capabilities to implement all the change. When it comes to implementing the change the personal opinion of the executive member will take in to consideration rather than the management level staff. Communication plays a key role in the success of the organization. Failing to communicate with all employees invites rumors and fear in the organization and in the work place. Particularly if you are facing major changes like implementing the different strategy or changing the teams and re-allocating them within the different teams. It’s the management responsibility to keep update what’s going-on in the organization if it is necessary to know them. What-so-ever those who overcome their personal barriers to change management and are successfully implement new business practices can expect significant and even exponential growth in the organization. Even if the change is organizational level or in smaller scale only for teams to help the one who are affected by the breach (Smith, 2018). It wise to and better idea to involve the teams and stakeholders to participate in the meeting which involves in the process of change, they can understand and new processes and procedures which later on helps them to follow the new process smoothly (scheid, 2011). Every change implemented should need support and guidance to the people of the organization or to the user who will be affected by the change. In some situations where the employees at different levels oppose the change because they get comfortable with the way they work to keep running of the business. Whenever a major change
