In cell B9, create a formula using the the PMT function to calculate the monthly loan payment using rate, interest, and loan period values in cells B4:B8. Enter the formula with a - (negative) sign to return a positive value.: type -PMT( in the cell and the click the rate and then comma and then the month per payment then comma and then the amount. So it will look like this in the cell -PMT(B6,B8,B4) and then enter Use the Quick Analysis tool to create a Clustered Column chart based on range A4:B15.: highlight the cells and then in the bottom right of the cells clikc the quick analysis and then click charts and then click clustered column. Using the mouse, move the Stacked Column chart so that the upper-left corner of the chart border is over cell F1: just drag it Resize a graph: just drag it Add a chart title chart element to the Pie chart at the default location. Click the graph and then in the top right of the graph, 3 boxes appear. The top box is a green plus. Click that and then click chart title. Delete the legend from the Pie chart. Click the graph and then in the top right of the graph, 3 boxes appear. The top box is a green plus. Click that and then click legends. Apply chart Style 5 to the chart.: click the chart then click design and then click the down arrow on styles and then click style 5. Add the data labels chart element to the Bar chart at the Outside End position. Click the graph and then in the top right of the graph, 3 boxes appear. The top box is a green plus. Click that and then click to the right of data labels, where the arrow is. Then click outside end. In the Pie chart, move the chart legend to the Right position.: Click the graph and then in the top right of the graph, 3 boxes appear. The top box is a green plus. Click that and then click to the right of legends ( the arrow) and then click right. Apply the Solid fill color Gray-25%, Background 2 (Theme colors, top row, third option) to the chart plot area of the Clustered Column chart.: click the chart. And then right click and click the format plot area. Then click fill then click solid fill. Then at the bottom to the right, u can change the color. Apply a solid line border, using the default line color, to the Pie chart legend.: Click the graph and then in the top right of the graph, 3 boxes appear. The top box is a green plus. Click that and then click to the right of the legends (the arrow) and then click the more at the bottom. To your right, stuff will appear. Click the bucket looking fill thing. And then click border. Then click solid. Then exit out and click somewhere else. Apply a Bottom Offset shadow effect (Outer section, top row, 2nd option) to the Pie chart legend.: right click on the legend. Then click format legend. Then click on the hectogon shape at the top (by the fill bucket) click shadow and then “presents” and click which one u want. And
