Operating leases Appendices Observations The table to the left presents the operating leases the Company is currently contracted to. The Company leases the service centers for their operations, excluding the State 3 plant which the Company owns. The Company also owns an additional facility in downtown State 3 and a record keeping building. The remaining leases relate to trucks, trailers and office equipment. The monthly rate for the tractors and trailers varies. The value of the equipment is $2,741 and the average monthly rate is $.3 for each of the 74 trailers. The average rate for the tractors is $1.8 for each of the five tractors.
