In this case it would be more than likely equal as far as cost and benefit goes. Most of the money will go to where it needs to go and the rest will go to thenon-profit to keep things going. The main costs will be start-up which will be mostly man hours and technical stuff.TechnicalThis would be where we would need to get an overview of the personnel involved with starting up the non-profit and making sure they were capable of it technology wise. We would have to check to make sure they have an understanding of the project and the know how to do it. The non-profit would be a total failure if the group did not have technical understanding to go forward. We don’t really know who we have at this point so this is why we would have to thoroughly look into the workers and go over the whole project before start up.Operational This is where we would look into making sure the overall project will conquer everythingthe initial project desired to accomplish.
