One of the team members from the Manufacturing department havementioned that the team is having a bit of a problem with the machines as they were moreadvanced than expected. This issue results to slow production, although it has not affect thepacking and delivery time yet but if the company's sales will keep on increasing, it willcertainly cause delay in the future and affect the customer satisfaction experience. In order to resolve the issue, we have discussed it will be helpful in our department if eachteam member will have to undergo training and coaching to get more familiarise with themachines and learn more about its features, in that way, we will be more confident andknowledgeable in handling the machine. The team agreed upon this solution and and willingto start as soon as the request will be approved. If this request will be approve, it will benefitboth the employees and the company. This training and/coaching sessions will make us moreknowledgeable and familiar in handling the machines, it will also boost our confidence andwill enable us to work faster and prevent delays. On the other hand, it will benefit thecompany by more or increase production, better quality and less error or issues.
