To launch the CIMS to the public we can incorporate BSO (Business System Options) & TSO (Technical System Options) to make this system more successful.BSO – Business System optionsTo assist the management to make a sound choice, a number of business system options, each describing the scope and functionalities provided by a particular development / implementation approach, are prepared and presented to them. These options may be supported by technical documentation such as Work Practice Model,Logical Data Model and Data Flow Model. They also require financial and risk assessmentsto be prepared, and need to be supported by outline implementation descriptions. All the tasks are considered by the SA and he or she decide which parts of the system shouldbe kept or removed.TSO – Technical System OptionsSeveral TSOs are developed, possibly including the "no change" option (i.e. using theexisting system architecture). It is important at this point to determine how many arerequired, based on the parameters of the cost of producing each one to a useful level of detail, the need to demonstrate practicality, and the scope for exploring alternative approaches.Details can then be added in terms of costing, performance and impact on the organization. The detailed options are then prepared for presentation. Conclusion of the systemWith the report provided to you anyone can have a brief idea of how the new CIMS work. ASthe technology is getting to new heights day by day the features of the system also has to be updated .This is a non-portable system. Nobody can get access to the data except from the outlet machines. As a recommendation it would be perfect if the system is connected to the internet so that the information gets updated automatically every day.41
