If there was a fast food restaurant that served only healthy foods, how would you promote or advertise it? Can you think off a slogan or catch phrase for it? Is there anything you think I should know that I haven’t already asked about? I had difficulty in finding a source that disagreed with my big idea. Everyone tends to agree that we as a nation need to eat healthier on a daily basis and that healthier food options are desperately needed. Currently there is a program called Kids Live Well in place in over 25,000 restaurants. The purpose of the program is to make sure that the restaurants have healthy alternatives in place for kids. In order to be part of the Kids Live Well program each restaurant must have a menu that meets certain health criteria. As an example is McDonalds was offering a choice of French fries or apple slices with their Happy Meals. As part of the program they now must include the apple slices. Every Happy Meal now includes a smaller size helping of fries and a serving of apple slices. There is a fee for joining this program which is countered by the ability to be listed on the
