I personally think that open source solutions are not

This preview shows page 1 out of 1 page.

I personally think that open source solutions are not the best alternative today, because they are not proven totally. When it comes to business, we need to make sure that all of our systems, and tech applications are proven and assured. This means making sure that we are being able to compete, and make a profit. So, I believe that until they are proven to be 100% effective, we should look at something else. I do believe that the way e-commerce is going that it is leading the way for all electronic commerce to go open source, and this is because it will make it possible for the business to get an even bigger market, and clientele base, however, it is dangerous, because then this will also open the way for fraud. I personally think that this isn’t a good thing for e-commerce, as it will ultimately lead to an e- recession. I feel as though e-commerce has already hurt retail commerce. We have major chains closing down because they cannot compete with Amazon.com, and the like. So, are we really going to be able to deal with another recession of such proportions via the Internet?

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
