The ones that I still need to develop and work on are planning and implementing, planning can take a long process to process and implement a new idea to the organization. Having feedback from employees, managers can help with the planning and implementation process, but if the plan is not effective it will not be successful for an organization. Having a vision and mission statement is important part of the planning and implementation process. Action Plan to develop competency are “Creating a Logical Framework Analysis (LFA) and Indicator Performance Tracking Tables (IPTT) are key to programme and monitoring and should keep senior management up to date on what is happening at four different levels: activities, outputs, outcomes and goals” (Khan, 2013). By creating the LFA and IPTT can help to monitor goals and targets. This can help organization be more competent with competency, having a goodplan can be very effective in order to help organization be successful.
