implementation to practise at workplace efficiently. Therefore, all of staffs should have high level communication and observation to build good
relationships with customers.

Nowadays, the internet plays a crucial role in the world. Online orders become to be popular that make the payment of customers to be easier
and more convenient. Customers can order food and drinks through their phone by ACA Café Restaurant’s website or application instead of
visiting the restaurant. Social media can be used to advertise the cafe, in order to attract more customers.
 Human Resources needs including recruiting, inducting and developing personnel within the organisation’s human resources
management policies, practices and procedures ( HM_Template 4_HR Manual)
Since ACA Restaurant Café is planning to open a new sunny indoor lobby area, the management team will require to hire some new staffs.
According to the operational plan, 1 food attendant will be required to operate the espresso machine and 2 food attendant will be required to
collect orders, provide service, clear and set the tables etc. in the new area for morning and afternoon tea. Induction and training programme
will be provided to the new staffs in order for them to understand the policies and procedures of the café.
